Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, engaging, and child-centered lessons tailored to the needs of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that supports children's social, emotional, and academic development.
- Assess children’s progress through observation and documentation, providing individualized support to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
- Plan and implement creative and effective activities that cover all areas of the EYFS curriculum.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and cohesive teaching practices.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on children’s progress.
